Etched in the Lion's Claws
When God whispers in your ear,
You must listen and draw near.
When God focuses your eyes,
You must redirect your cries.
With a colossal turn of attention span,
The spotlight is set on God’s mighty plan.
He has sketched out on divine paper—
An eternal life, unlike this life of vapor.
The Artist of our souls is ready to paint, with coarse brush in hand,
You, Beloved, are His masterpiece—a costly pearl strand.
Oh, decorate Christ’s neck. Stand out in a ray of beauty!
Adorn the Prince of Peace’s body. Shine—it is your duty.
You have a purpose Daughter of Zion. Take hold of your future legacy.
Recite the promises of our Lord—in His Words agree!
Shout with a trumpet of praise. Reclaim land that once was desert.
Embrace your femininity. Dance, twirl, and do not revert.
Break those jars of incense. In his power, your enemies you will trample.
You are your Father’s child. Look to His mature example.
Don’t you see his eyes, flaming blue in the sky?
Oh dear children, take heart, the Great Warrior is your ally.
Defend with shields of faith, etched in the Lion’s claws.
Stand firm with brazen feet—from the battle do not withdraw.
The combat cries, once restrained, now with intensity increase—
For the Conqueror has gone before us and won this war with peace.
