My Banner: the Ancient of Days!
Understanding lines His eyes. Wisdom crowns His head.
Compassion lives within His heart. His love is etched in red.
Righteousness is His to hold. He laughs in grace and peace.
With arms like flawless marble, His power will never cease.
In an outpouring of integrity, He clothes his children in light.
His eyes, like diamonds, sparkle. They are beacon beams of sight.
Provision comprises His staff. Security shapes the even grain.
Tears of passion and concern fall on us like rain.
God, you are the Shepherd, the heart cry of seamless bliss!
Your goodness is pure affection. It lingers like a kiss.
Complete purpose is gained at your feet. Your holiness I feel.
The tranquility I receive, in you, is flawless. It’s ideal.
In tears, I repeat your name--Jehovah Nissi, this banner I raise!
In colors of royalty, purple and blue, I shout out—Ancient of days!
